Hey I'm Armita :)

I am a product and operations manager. I take manual, undocumented operations and turn them into adoption-ready automated systems, both in-house and at clients.

Past experiences have proven that I am particularly strong in building process blueprints and systems that are aimed at elevating the user journey and customer experience.

I have owned and built products and businesses, worked on analysing product market fit, and managed operations and programs.

Coming from a design and consulting background, I work well in customer-facing and coordination-heavy environments. I particularly enjoy finding patterns, spotting friction points, then designing the missing piece instead of only reporting it. Since I often sit between the client and the product team, I can translate the proposed solutions both ways.
